Villa Zeyno 3

Villa Zeyno 3 for rent, located in Kalkan Akbel, has its own sheltered pool, garden and 1 bedroom with an accommodation capacity of 2 people. Our villa in nature is ideal for honeymooners and families who prefer conservative holidays.

There are Villa Zeyno 1, Villa Zeyno 2, Villa Zeyno 4 and Villa Zeyno 5  in the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen living room, dining table, dinner set for 2 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi and air conditioning.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: It is 7 m x 3.5 m in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, table tennis and gazebo.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 3000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1750 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.

Note: After leaving the main road, approximately 200 m section is a concrete road.
