Villa Zeytin Çiçeği

Located just 5 km from the world famous Oludeniz Beach, Villa Olive Blossom for rent is one of our new villas whose construction was completed in June 2023. It has its own pool, garden, a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 people. 

Dazzling with its modern design and spacious interiors, villa Zeytin Çiçeği offers a suitable option for accommodation in winter months. Equipped with underfloor heating and a heated indoor pool, our villa offers a warm atmosphere even in cold weather.

There is Villa Moonshine Duo in the same land with our villa. Multiple rentals are available for large families if schedules permit.

Villa Features

Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, filter coffee machine, dining table, dining set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.  Also in the kitchen area, there is a comfortable seating group, coffee table,  heated indoor pool and exit to the outdoor pool terrace.

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver and kitchenette.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom. 

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom. 

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning.

There is 1 WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for 6  persons.

General Information

Pool:   7 x 3 m  size    and 1.5 meters deep. The pool is maintained early every morning by the staff on duty. 

Heated Indoor Pool: It is 2.20 x 5 m in size. Indoor pool heating is free of charge between October 1 - April 30. Pool heating varies between 24-26 degrees.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, seating group and barbecue. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 24 mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 4000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: 2000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: 2 more people can be accommodated with the seats in the hall for 1000₺ per person.

General note for all villas in Oludeniz region: Due to the high demand in our Oludeniz villas, there may be situations such as electricity, water cuts, low voltage, infrastructure and construction works.
