Villa Zeyno 5

Located in Kalkan Akbel, Villa Zeyno 5 has an accommodation capacity of 4 people with its own pool, garden and 2 bedrooms in nature. With its fully sheltered pool, it is ideal for honeymooners and families who prefer conservative holidays.

There are Villa Zeyno 1, Villa Zeyno 2, Villa Zeyno 3 and Villa Zeyno 4 on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, living room, dining table, dining set for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: It is 7 m x 3.5 m in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue and swings.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1200 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Note: After leaving the main road, approximately 200 m is the concrete road.

Note: There are approximately 20-30 steps after parking your vehicle at the entrance to the villa.

Note: The landlords live on the ground floor of our villa. You can easily reach the hosts if you need anything.
