Villa White Smith

Villa White Smith is located in Kalkan in Antalya's  Kas district of Kalkan, in the Kördere area, built on a high slope. 2 km. from the center of Kalkan. the region is home to countless local and foreign tourists every year with its magnificent sea view and unique nature.  

Villa White Smith has its own outdoor and heated indoor swimming pool, garden and 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Our villa, which has a magnificent sea view, is suitable for renting in the winter months with its heated swimming pool and underfloor heating feature of the entire villa. There is also Air Hockey, table tennis, foosball, sauna room and Turkish bath for our guests to have a pleasant time.

Entrance Floor

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, tea maker, 6-person dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: The lounge has a magnificent sea view, comfortable seating group, LCD screen television and satellite receiver, baby bed, high chair, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace  ;

1st Bedroom: It is a family room. 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, TV and exit to the terrace.

Ground Floor

There is an indoor pool, hammam and sauna. Table tennis, air hockey and table football are also available on this floor.

2nd Bedroom:  It is a family room. It has 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and balcony. 

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and balcony. 

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

General Information

Outdoor Pool: It is 11.50 m x 3.7 m in size and 1.50 m in depth. There is an adjustable hydromassage feature in the pool. The pool system is automatically controlled by a salt regulator and pH dosing system.

Children's Pool: 2 m x 1.5 m in size and 0.50 m in depth. 

Indoor Pool: 4 m x 9 m in size and 1.4 m in depth. There is an adjustable hydromassage feature in the pool. (Pool heating is optional and is activated for 1500TL per day for stays under 7 days).

Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff on duty.

Garden: There is a sheltered pool, children's pool, garden table and chairs, sun loungers, sun umbrella, garden seating group, pool table, outdoor shower and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It will be refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: 4000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 5 nights.

Note: Underfloor heating system fee and is activated for 1750 TL per day.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.
