Villa White Palm 1 offers comfort and luxury together with its modern and stylish interior design. With its spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and spacious rooms, it aims to make its guests feel at home. You can cool off in the private pool and spend pleasant evenings with a barbecue in the garden. In addition, the walking and cycling paths around the villa allow you to enjoy peaceful moments in touch with nature.

In addition to this magnificent villa, on the same plot of land Villa White Palm 2 and Villa White Palm 3 are also available for rent. Especially for large families or large groups of friends, multiple villa rentals can make your vacation more special and memorable. If your schedule permits, you can rent these three villas at the same time and enjoy the freedom of space.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, dining set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, center table, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver,  air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 single bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom. 

5th Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Pool:  7 m x 3 m in size and  1.4 m  in depth. The pool is maintained early every morning by the staff on duty. 

Garden: Chairs, umbrellas, dining table, sitting group, swing, toys for children  and barbecue are available.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: For stays under 7 nights  3000 TL cleaning fee is charged.
