Villa Vol 5

Villa Vol 5 is located in Yanıklar Village, approximately 8 km from Fethiye. The village, which is one of the pilot regions for eco tourism, is the center of attention of its guests with its quiet, calm and clean sea. The village, which is also close to the ancient city of Kadyanda, is one of the destinations that history enthusiasts visit.

Villa Vol 5 Offers a quiet, peaceful and luxurious holiday among orange trees, away from the noise of the city. The interior design is spacious and decorated in an old fashioned style. Our villa has an accommodation capacity of up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

There are Villa Vol 1, Villa Vol 2, Villa Vol 3 and Villa Vol 4 on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Vol 5 Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dinnerware, dining table.

Living Room: There is a sofa suite with a comfortable foldable bed, a coffee table, an LCD TV, air conditioning satellite receiver and WC. You can access the pool terrace from the living room.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, balcony door opening to the pool and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There are 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, balcony with pool view, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

Pool: It is 8 meters x 4 meters in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden:  There is a lawn, barbecue, garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Cleaning Fee: For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 3500₺ is charged.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
