Villa Valerio

Villa Valerio is our new and luxurious villa located in the center of Fethiye, the construction of which was completed in July 2021. It has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its own pool, large garden and 4 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. It provides a great advantage for our guests who come without a car, as it is in a central location, close to public transportation vehicles, and frequently used points such as markets and shopping centers.

Villa Valerio Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, tea maker, dinnerware for 8 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, LCD smart TV, Netflix and satellite receiver. There is a WC in the corridor.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning and a shared bathroom.

General Information

Pool: 11 m. x 5m. dimensions and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a lawn, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, garden seating, swing and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited 50 mbps wi-fi is available in our villa.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Note: Underfloor heating system is turned on for 250TL per night.

Note: Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
