Villa Vaha Uno

Villa Vaha Uno, located in Kalkan Kınık, has its own pool, garden and 2 bedrooms with a capacity of 4 people. Our villa, which is sheltered so that the pool and garden terrace cannot be seen from the outside, is ideal for families, groups of friends and honeymoon couples who prefer a conservative holiday.

With its location close to the ancient city of Xanthos, Villa Vaha Uno is ideally located for both those who want to explore the historical riches and those who seek calm and peace. 

There is Villa Vaha Duo in the same land with our villa. If the calendars are available, more than one rental can be made for crowded families.

Villa Features

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen lounge, dining table, dining set for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living room: The living room has a comfortable seating group, satellite receiver LCD screen television, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: > 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, jacuzzi, bathroom and air conditioning. 

2nd Bedroom:  There are 2 single beds, bedside tables, bathroom and wardrobe. 

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms for the number of people.

Pool:  It is 4.5 m x 9 m in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is done by the staff in charge early every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace. 

Garden: There are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, dining table, sitting group, swing, table tennis, children's playground and barbecue. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1250 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
