Villa Trio 1

Villa Trio 1 for rent located in Yanıklar, Fethiye, has its own sheltered pool, garden and 2 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of 5 people. Our villa, which is designed to be invisible from the outside, is also suitable for our guests who prefer conservative holidays. 

In the same land as our villa; There are Villa Trio 2 and Villa Trio 3 More than one rental is available for large families, if schedules are available.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable Seating group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: It is 10 m x 5 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group, swing and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for our guests who come with pets. Pets are allowed to bring their own beds, not to be taken to the bed and sitting group in the villa, and not to enter the pool.
