Villa Toharya

Villa Toharya is located in Ölüdeniz, the favorite holiday paradise of Turkey and the world. Ölüdeniz is a magnificent holiday resort in the Fethiye district of Muğla. Ölüdeniz, as the name suggests, is like a stagnant lake. It is one of the lagoon formations in Turkey.

Villa Toharya has its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of 6 people. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms.

There are Villa Sultan, Villa Toharya, Villa Sakura, Villa Efe and Villa Kaan on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Ground floor

There is an open kitchen living room, dining table, dinner set for 6 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, a satellite receiver and a smart TV with LCD screen.

There is a communal WC and washing machine in the corridor.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi.

General Information

Pool: 3.5m x 9m in size, 1.4 meters deep. It has an adjustable hydromassage feature and a shallow sunbathing area. Pool maintenance is carried out by the personnel on duty every day. There are 4 sun loungers and 2 sun umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a barbecue and garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
