Villa Tarz,  has its own heated swimming pool, 1 bedroom and can accommodate 2  people. Our villa with magnificent sea views is ideal for conservative families and honeymoon couples. The pool terrace can be used as an indoor or outdoor pool with a screening system.

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, dining set for 2 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: The lounge has a comfortable seating group, LCD screen television, satellite receiver, air conditioning, exit to the pool and garden. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom. 

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in the bedrooms as many as the number of people.

Pool: The private and sheltered swimming pool is 8 m x 3 m. in size and 1.50 m. in depth. Pool maintenance is done by the staff in charge early every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a garden table and chairs, sun loungers, sun umbrella and barbecue. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 2000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: Pool heating is for a fee and is opened for 1000 TL per day.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
