Villa Sweetgum for rent, located in a large garden in Ortaca, has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its own pool, large garden and 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms and large garden. You can enjoy the pool with your loved ones while relaxing in the hammocks under the shade of sweetgum trees. Attention was paid to all the details regarding the needs of our guests, and a stone oven and a village hearth were added in the open-air kitchen. Our villa is 18 km from Sarigerme Beach and 20 km from Iztuzu Beach.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen, there is a dining table, dinner set for 8 people, filter coffee machine, blender, water heater, toaster, water purifier and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, a large-screen smart TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning and a bathroom in the corridor.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony and air conditioner.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, TV, balcony and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, TV, balcony, air conditioner and elliptical bike.

4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, a wardrobe, a nightstand and air conditioning.

There is 1 bathroom and jacuzzi in the corridor.

There is also a bathroom on the attic floor.Towels and pique sets are available for 8 people in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: 4.5 x 9 and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are 8 sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are sweetgum trees, olive and fruit trees, hammocks, sitting groups, children's playground, swing, open-air kitchen, sink, stone oven, barbecue, village oven, stovetop, refrigerator, samovar and dining table.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 24mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1200 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
