Villa Sunlight

Villa Sunlight is located just 2 kilometers from Fethiye's Calis Beach and is a luxury rental villa that can accommodate up to 15 guests. This villa consists of 2 separate independent sections, making it an ideal option for large groups.

The villa's comfortable rooms offer a cozy accommodation experience for large groups. In addition, 6 km from the center of Fethiye, 17 km from Oludeniz and 50 km from Dalaman Airport, guests have easy access to important points in the surrounding area.

1st Independent Section

Ground Floor

Kitchen:  Open kitchen living room, dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-stove cooker, built-in oven, toaster, tea maker, dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: There is a comfortable seating group, LCD screen television and satellite receiver. There is a shared bathroom and WC in the corridor.  

1st Bedroom: 1 single bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and bedside table.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and bedside table. There is an exit from the bedroom to the garden and pool.

Basement Floor

Lounge: Comfortable L armchair, bookcase, LCD screen television and satellite receiver. 

3rd Bedroom: It is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is 1 double bed,  wardrobe, vanity table,  bedside table, ceiling fan and bathroom.

4th Bedroom: It is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is 1 double bed,  wardrobe, bedside table, ceiling fan and bathroom.

Note:  Due to the cool basement floor, the rooms have ceiling fans instead of air conditioning.

1st floor

Kitchen:  There is an open kitchen living room, dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishwasher, 4-stove cooker, built-in oven, toaster, tea maker, dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen television and satellite receiver. There is a large terrace from the living room,  a shared bathroom and WC in the hallway. 

5th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and french balcony.

6th Bedroom: 1 single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and balcony.

Penthouse

7th Bedroom: Bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 1 double bed, wardrobe,  bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

8th Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning .

9th Bedroom: 1 single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and large balcony.

There is a shared bathroom in the attic hallway and a washing machine in the hallway.

General Information

Pool: The pool is 40 m2 in size and 1,5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done by the staff in charge early every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: Colorful flowers, various trees, barbecue,  garden furniture.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 6000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Must-See Places to Visit in Calis Beach

Calis Beach with its long beach and deep blue sea, it is both close to the city and provides the opportunity for the vacation that our customers who want the advantage of being close to the sea want. There are many bars and restaurants on Calis Beach. There are also conditions that allow families with children to take care of their children and spend the vacation they want. While your children swim in the sea, you can enjoy a cold drink at Calis Beach. Kayaköy, Fethiye Paspatur Bazaar, Fishermen's Bazaar, Fethiye city center and Fethiye's many bays are among the places you can visit and see close to Calis.
