Villa South

This home was lovely and perfect for our family trip. The house is close to the downtown neighborhood, a nice walk along the river to shops and restaurants.

Everything was great! Sevki responded very quickly and helped with any problems.

Villa South is perfect for a family holiday. Each ensuite room had its own hairdryer, plenty of towels and storage space. Plenty of room downstairs as most of your time can be spent in the beautiful garden areas/ patio/ pool. BBQ outside was easy to use. Indoors the kitchen had everything we needed and a large fridge which was brilliant. The villa was situated within a group of 4 villas called "harmony villas", Villa South was very private and not over looked by anyone. The gardens and pool area had the sun all day and was next door to a beautiful pomegrante field. We rented a car for ease and could park right outside the villa, however its so easy to have a holiday in Dalyan without a car rental. The walk into town is between 10 and 20 minutes depending on how fast you walk but its a plesant, easy, flat walk down small roads or you can cut through to the river and walk down the riverside path into town. Both beautiful routes. Sevki was a fantastic host and helped us with all of our enquires throughout the holiday and recommended a beautiful place to eat on our first night. Would recommend this villa to all!!!

We arrived late at night and was greeted at the property, which was great. Sevki came and visited us the next day to see if we were all okay and did we have any questions. (which we didn’t). Brilliant communication throughout our stay. The property is stunning and laid out very well, with bedrooms on every floor, extremely clean and very well presented. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen very well stocked for kitchen equipment. Outside, the pool and gardens were stunning, the pool is great for all ages and swimming abilities, ample enough outside seating area (which we used all the time, day and night) we loved the views of the mountains. Very quiet and peaceful area, nearest shop for general supplies is about a 6-7 minute walk, and there are several ways to walk into the centre of Dalyan, via the river or the main road each taking around 12-15 minutes. Would recommend this villa and location.

Keyifli bir tatil oldu ailecek güzel vakit geçirdik. Villa temizdi içerisinde herşey düşünülmüş. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz . Teşekkür ederiz.

We have just returned from a week in Sevki”s villa and we had a fantastic holiday. The villa is in such a peaceful location with the most stunning mountain views. Pool was fab, love the design that has a shallow platform to allow you to cool down while chilling out. The entire villa inside and out was very modern, spacious and clean. Sevki”s communication was exceptional. He responded immediately to queries on our arrival, re. safe and wifi and when we had no hot water one morning, within 10 minutes of our text, everything was working again. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Sevki.
