Villa Sierra

Surrounded by the beauty of Fethiye Kayaköy and the magic of nature, Villa Sierra is designed for a perfect accommodation experience. It has a capacity of 4 people with its own pool, garden and 2 bedrooms. Our villa, which is designed so that the pool and garden terrace are not visible from the outside, is ideal for families, groups of friends and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays.

Villa Matisse is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, filter coffee machine, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioner.

There are towels and pique sets for 4 people in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: 8 x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are parasols, sun loungers, sitting group, open air shower and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1200 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
