Villa Serenity 3 for rent, located in Kalkan Kiziltas, against the magnificent sea view, has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with its own infinity pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. It is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms. With its close location to the center of Kalkan, you can easily reach places such as restaurants, cafes and shopping centers during your holiday.

There are Villa Roma and Villa Pana on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen, there is a dining table, dinner set for 8 people, filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV with satellite receiver, bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, balcony, balcony table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi and air conditioning.

Pool: It is 3.5 x 7 m in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, dining table, swing, shade and table football.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 5000 TL and a damage deposit of 5000 TL are collected from our guests who come with pets. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out. Pets are allowed to bring their own beds, not to be taken to the bed and sitting group in the villa, and not to enter the pool.

Note: A cleaning fee of 4000 TL is charged for accommodation under 5 nights.
