Villa Serenity

Villa Serenity, located in Oludeniz, Fethiye, is one of our newly completed villas with a modern design. Built in 2023, this villa has been carefully designed to offer a comfortable holiday experience. It has its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people. With its comfortable rooms, it is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends. 

Due to its location, Villa Serenity is only 6 km from Oludeniz beach. Famous for its magnificent beaches, clear turquoise waters and impressive natural beauty, Oludeniz is a destination that will make your vacation unforgettable. This proximity of Villa Serenity allows you to have an easy and quick access to the beach. You only need to make a short trip to enjoy the sea and the sun.

Villa Features

Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen, there is a built-in oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Turkish coffee machine, toaster, dinner set for 8 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your vacation. 

Lounge: The lounge has a comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

Note: The villa has 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, jacuzzi, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, jacuzzi, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms for the number of people.

General Information

Pool: 8 m x 4 m in size, 1.5 m meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty early every morning. 

Garden: There are sun loungers, sun umbrella, barbecue and dining table.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

General note for all villas in Oludeniz region: Olüdeniz villas may experience electricity, water cuts, low voltage, infrastructure and construction works due to high demand.
