Villa Serenita

Villa Serenita is our rental villa located in Dalyan, famous for its magnificent nature and historical richness, where the Aegean and the Mediterranean Sea meet.   

Villa Serenita has its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It is ideal for large families and crowded groups with its comfortable rooms. You can reach the beach from our villa, which is 10 minutes  walking distance to the center of Dalyan, by car  or by boats departing from the river.

Villa Serenita Features

Kitchen: It is designed as a closed kitchen. There is a large marble island for preparing meals with pleasure. Refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, teapot, filter coffee machine, dinner set for 12 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, dining table, swing, 2 ceiling fans, LCD screen television and satellite receiver.

There is a WC-toilet and washing machine in the corridor.  

Upper Floor

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, clothes rack, bedside table, shelf and air conditioning.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, ceiling fan, air conditioning and balcony.

3rd Bedroom: 1 There is a double bed, clothes rack  and air conditioning.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, clothes rack, semi-open shower and air conditioning.

There is a shared bathroom in the hallway and a balcony overlooking the front facade.

General Information

Pool: 40 m2 dimensions and 1,5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done by the staff in charge early every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: Green area, lemon and orange trees, swing, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, barbecue, and dining table.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Note:  A cleaning fee of 2500 TL and a damage deposit of 3000 TL are taken from our guests coming with pets. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit. Pets are accepted on the condition that their own beds are brought, they are not taken to the bed and seating group in the villa, and they do not enter the pool.
