Villa Selin is located in Ölüdeniz, the favorite holiday paradise of Turkey and the world. Ölüdeniz is a magnificent holiday resort in the Fethiye district of Muğla. Ölüdeniz, as the name suggests, is like a stagnant lake. It is one of the lagoon formations in Turkey.

Villa Selin has its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of 7 people. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms. It is 6 km from Ölüdeniz Beach.

There is an open kitchen living room, dining table, dinner set for 7 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

There is a comfortable seating group, a smart TV with satellite receiver, WC and washing machine in the living room.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 single bed, wardrobe and bedside table.

1st Floor

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, a balcony with pool view and air conditioning.

4. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony with pool view, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

There is 1 shared bathroom in the foyer.

Towels and pique sets for 6 people are available in all bedrooms.

General Information

The pool is 8 meters long, 4 meters wide and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are 6 sun loungers and 3 umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: Olive and laurel trees, barbecue, garden furniture, hammock and shaded car parking.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
