Villa Sargon, located in Kalkan Kördere, brings a brand new breath to your holiday understanding with its private pool, eye-catching nature and comfortable living spaces.

Villa Sargon offers accommodation for up to 6 people with 3 spacious bedrooms. The villa, where every detail has been carefully thought out, will make your vacation unforgettable with its private pool. The pool and garden terrace are designed to be completely hidden and sheltered even when viewed from the outside. This feature offers an ideal option especially for families, groups of friends and honeymooners who prefer a conservative holiday.

In the garden of the villa, there are large sunbathing areas and comfortable sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun. There is also a fully equipped barbecue area where you can organize a pleasant barbecue party. Sargon Villa also appeals to couples who want to have romantic moments with its swings. In addition, the garden equipped with children's toys offers fun moments for little guests.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony. 

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony. 

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, barbecue, swing, sitting group and children's playground. 

Pool: It is 4 m x 10 m in size and 1.5 m deep.  Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 4000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
