Villa Şara

Located in the stunning nature of Fethiye, at the foot of Mount Mendos, at the foot of Mount Mendos, decorated with pine and olive trees, rental Villa Şara offers a holiday experience away from the city noise, surrounded by clean forest air. An ideal option for a peaceful getaway accompanied by birds chirping, this villa offers accommodation for up to 4 people with its own private pool, large garden and 2 bedrooms. The pool and garden terrace are designed to be invisible from the outside, providing guests with privacy and offering a comfortable holiday. Villa Şara, which is a particularly preferred place for conservative families, groups of friends and honeymoon couples, attracts everyone who wants a quiet and peaceful holiday.

Villa Mara, located right next to Villa Shara, offers a great option for crowded families. If your calendars fit, you can rent Villa Şara and Villa Mara at the same time for an unforgettable vacation experience with large groups. Both villas can be rented separately or together, each with its own private pool and garden.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, built-in oven, Turkish coffee machine,  dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, center table, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver and air conditioning. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, sofa and bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Pool:  9 m x 4.5 m in size and  1.5 m  in depth. The pool is maintained early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Garden: There are sun loungers, barbecue, umbrellas, dining table, sitting group, table tennis, table football,   toys for children and barbecue.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: For stays under 5 nights  3000 TL cleaning fee is charged.
