Villa Safran Maidan

Villa Safran Maidan, located in Kalkan Kalamar, a popular holiday resort in Antalya's Kaş district, is one of our new villas, the construction of which was completed in 2022. It attracts attention with its location against the magnificent sea view and its stylish and comfortable design. Rental Villa Safran Maidan has its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and has an accommodation capacity of 6 people.

Villa Features

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, living room, dining table, dinner set for 6 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver, WC and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 4 m x 8 m in size and 1.60 meters in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a dining table, barbecue, garden furniture and a swing.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 0TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 0TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
