Villa Root Bohemian is located in Fethiye Ölüdeniz, the favorite holiday paradise of Turkey and the world. Bohemian and minimal touches, modern architecture and comfort are prioritized in our villa, the construction of which was completed in April 2021. 4 km to the turquoise sea of ​​Ölüdeniz. Located in our villa, with its restaurants, cafes and shopping centers within walking distance, it creates a comfortable and peaceful holiday atmosphere.
Villa Root Bohem has its own pool, garden and 2 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of 5 people. It is ideal for nuclear families and honeymooners with its comfortable rooms.

Villa Features

There is an open kitchen living room, dining table, dinner set for 6 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, an LCD TV with satellite receiver, a double bed on a suspended ceiling, an exit to the pool and garden terrace.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning and a shared bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

Towels and pique sets for 5 people are available in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: 10 m long, 2.5 m. is wide. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are 4 sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a green area, barbecue and garden furniture.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 3000 TL damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: 2500 TL cleaning fee is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2500 TL and a damage deposit of 3000 TL are collected from our guests who come with pets. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out. Pets are allowed to bring their own beds, not to be taken to the bed and sitting group in the villa, and not to enter the pool.
