Villa Polo

Villa Polo is our rental villa located in Guzelyurt district, 8 km from Sarigerme Beach. Our summer villa, which has 5 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 10 people, has its own large swimming pool. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms.

You can visit Sarigerme bazaar, which is 7 km away, whenever you wish, and you can meet all your shopping and food needs.

Ground floor

There is a separate kitchen, living room, dining table, dinner set for 10 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver, WC, air conditioning.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table and air conditioner.

1st Floor

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony, en-suite bathroom, dressing room and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table and air conditioner.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony and air conditioner.

There is 1 shared bathroom and a washing machine in the hallway.

Penthouse

5th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, satellite TV, treadmill, nightstand, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

Towels and pique sets are available for 10 people in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: 54m2 and 1.55 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are various trees, 10 sun loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue and 2 swings.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Note: The cleaning fee of 2500 TL and a damage deposit of 3000 TL are collected from our guests who come with pets. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out. Pets are allowed to bring their own beds, not to be taken to the bed and sitting group in the villa, and not to enter the pool.

Sarigerme, where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet, has a unique beauty where you will enjoy swimming in the sea with its deep blue shallow sea and its beach with fine sand that has preserved its naturalness.

Baba Island, Pisilis Ancient City, Sarçed Beach, Vaş Bay, Sarsala Bay are among the main places to visit.
