Located in Oludeniz, one of the favorite holiday regions of Fethiye, Villa Polina offers an unforgettable holiday experience with its unique nature view and modern architecture. It has its own pool, large garden and 3 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.

Villa Polina is only 5 km from the world famous Oludeniz Beach. In this way, you can both enjoy the beach and relax in the peaceful atmosphere of the villa.

Villa Features

Kitchen: Open kitchen, dining table, refrigerator, refrigerator, oven, stove, filter coffee machine, toaster, dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living room: The living room has a comfortable seating group, smart TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning, WC and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, dresser, bedside table, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, bedside table and en-suite bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, bedside table and en-suite bathroom.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: 4 m x 7 m in size and 1.50 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff in charge early every morning.

Garden: There are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, sitting group, dining table and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.
