You can easily reach the historical Kayaköy village and the nearby beaches and explore the rich cultural heritage of the region.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, filter coffee machine, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe and air conditioner.

There is 1 WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

General Information

Pool: It is 6 x 3 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are parasols, sun loungers, dining table and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

General note for all villas in Kayaköy area: Due to high demand in our Kayaköy villas, there may be situations such as electricity, water cuts, low voltage, infrastructure and construction works.
