Villa Pluto 1

Located in the Islamlar region of Kalkan, one of the favorite holiday resorts of Antalya, Villa Pluto 1 is a holiday home offering the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. This villa, which attracts attention with its modern architecture and large garden, was built in 2024 and offers accommodation for up to 6 people. Equipped with three bedrooms and two jacuzzis, Villa Pluto 1 aims to provide its guests with a comfortable and peaceful holiday experience.

Villa Pluto 1's private swimming pool and lush garden are designed to meet the relaxation and entertainment needs of guests. Table tennis, foosball and hammocks in the garden allow you to spend every moment of your vacation to the fullest. Thanks to these activities, fun moments can be experienced for both children and adults.

The villa is located close to the natural beauties of Kalkan as well as its historical and cultural riches. The world-famous Patara Ancient City and Patara Beach are only a 10-minute drive away. Exploring these historical and natural beauties will add a different color to your holiday.

Located on the same land Villa Neptune 2, Villa Uranus 3, Villa Neptune 2, Villa Earth 7,  Villa Venus 8, Other villas, such as Villa Mercury 9 and Villa Sun 10, offer an ideal vacation setting for large families and groups of friends. If schedules permit, multiple villas can be rented at the same time, providing the perfect accommodation experience for large groups.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating group, center coffee table, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Pool: 8 m x 4.50 m in size and 1.5 m in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff on duty.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, table tennis, table football, outdoor shower and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It will be refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: 3000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.
