Villa Peras

Villa Peras for rent, located in Ölüdeniz, one of the most popular holiday resorts of Turkey and Europe, has an accommodation capacity of 4 people with its own pool, garden and 2 bedrooms. Designed with comfort and luxury in the foreground, our villa has underfloor heating, a heated indoor pool and a sauna.

Our villa, whose construction was completed in June 2023, draws attention with its proximity to Ölüdeniz Beach.

There are Villa Sultan , Villa Toharya, Villa Sakura, Villa Kaan, Villa Efe  and Villa Ladin  on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: There is a built-in oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven, dinnerware for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV, coffee table, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, sitting group, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

General Information

Pool: 4 m x 8 m in size, 1.5 m in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Indoor Pool: 4 m x 2.5 m in size, 1.5 m in depth. (Pool heating is optional and is activated for stays under 7 nights for 1500₺ per night.)

Garden: There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue and dining table.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
