Villa Paris

Located in Kayaköy in the unique atmosphere of Fethiye, Villa Paris is waiting for you to meet the elegance of modern architecture. This stylish villa, where comfort is prioritized, can accommodate up to 5 people with its own pool, large garden and 2 bedrooms. 

The pool and garden terrace are designed to provide complete privacy from the outside. This special atmosphere offers an ideal setting for families, groups of friends and honeymooners who prefer a conservative vacation. 

Villa Paris has been specially designed to offer a comfortable stay even during the winter months. With underfloor heating, heated indoor pool and sauna, you will be cozy even in the cold days of winter.

Villa Features

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, dining set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets according to the number of people.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table and barbecue. 

Pool: 12 m x 4 m in size and 1,5 m depth and there is also a 3 m x 4 m jacuzzi. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Indoor Pool: It is 7 m x 3 m in size and 1.35 m deep. There is a 2 m. x 2 m. jacuzzi in the pool.

Note: Havuz and underfloor heating are optional and are activated for 1250TL per day.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Note: 3000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.
