Located in the quiet and peaceful Çavdır area of Kalkan, Villa Operator 1 is a stylish holiday villa with a private pool and conservative design. This villa offers 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room with an open kitchen, accommodating up to 4 guests in total. The private pool and garden terrace are arranged in such a way that they are not visible from the outside, so that our guests can enjoy complete privacy.

Villa Operator 1 is an ideal option especially for honeymoon couples, families and groups of friends. Every detail of our villa has been carefully thought out and aims to offer a comfortable accommodation experience. The double bedroom with private jacuzzi is the perfect option for our guests who want to spend a romantic holiday.

Kitchen: There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave oven, 4-stove, oven, kettle, dinner set for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV, air conditioning, satellite receiver and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, vanity table, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and WC.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, vanity table, dresser, wardrobe and air conditioning.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms for the number of people.

General Information

Pool: 4 m x 8 m in size and 1.5 m in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff on duty.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, seating group, barbecue, swing, children's playground and table football.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our apartment, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 2000 TL damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It will be refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.
