Villa Olivet

Villa Olivet, which is located in Üzümlü Village of Kalkan, has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with its own sheltered swimming pool, large garden, 2 bedrooms and 2 retractable additional beds. There is also a sauna, hammam, children's pool and children's playground in our villa, which has a parent bathroom and jacuzzi in each room.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, toaster, coffee machine, oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, LCD screen smart TV, Netflix, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 14 m x 4.5 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. In addition, there is a children's pool with a size of 4.5 m x 1.5 m and a depth of 0.45 m. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are parasols, sun loungers, dining table, sitting group, swing, children's playground, barbecue and covered parking for 2 vehicles.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 4000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It will be refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: 3500 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.

Note: The minimum stay during Bayram is 5 nights.
