Villa Olive

Villa Olive is located in the peaceful holiday resort of Dalyan, which is connected to the Ortaca district of Muğla. With its deep blue sea, clean coves and hundreds of years of history, it has become a frequent destination for domestic and foreign holidaymakers every year.

Villa Olive, only 500 meters from the center of Dalyan, has its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms, 1 foldable portable bed, and has an accommodation capacity of 9 people. Our villa, whose construction was completed in 2020, has been designed in a comfortable and spacious way.

Villa Ceylin Duo is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if their schedules are available.

Villa Olive Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, toaster, tea maker, dinnerware for 8 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, an LCD smart TV and a satellite receiver.

There is a WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

Upstairs

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning and a balcony.

There is a corridor WC-Bathroom.
 

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 3,40 m x 10 m in size, 1.5 m in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a lawn, various fruit trees, a dining table, a swing, sun loungers, parasols and a shower.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation below the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
