Villa Ocean 5 for rent in Çayköy, Kalkan, is a 2-bedroom villa with a capacity of 5 people, located in the Çayköy area of Kalkan, intertwined with nature. Ideal for conservative families and honeymoon couples, our villa offers privacy with its sheltered pool and pool terrace.

The bedrooms of our villa are large and spacious. There is a jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Our villa also has a private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool, a large garden area, seating area in the garden, barbecue facilities and car parking space.

There are Villa Ocean 1, Villa Ocean 2, Villa Ocean 3 and Villa Ocean 4 within the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, living room, dining table, dining set for 6 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver and an exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, 2 single beds, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi and air conditioning.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 9.5 m x 3.5 m in size and 1.45 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a dining table, barbecue, seating group, swing and sun loungers.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1500 TL is taken upon check-in. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out.

Note: For accommodations below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 750 TL is charged.
