Villa Ocean 4 for rent, located in the Çayköy district of Kalkan, intertwined with nature, is a 1-bedroom villa with a capacity for 3 people. Ideal for conservative families and honeymoon couples, our villa offers privacy with its sheltered pool and pool terrace.

The one bedroom of our villa is large and spacious. There is a jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Our villa also has a private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool, a large garden area, seating area in the garden, barbecue facilities and car parking space.

At Villa Ocean 4, you can have an unforgettable holiday experience with your loved ones while enjoying the unique nature view.

There are Villa Ocean 1, Villa Ocean 2, Villa Ocean 3 and Villa Ocean 5 on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, living room, dining table, dining set for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi and air conditioning.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 9.5 m x 3.5 m in size and 1.45 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a dining table, barbecue, seating group, swing and sun loungers.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1500 TL is taken upon check-in. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out.

Note: For accommodations below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 750 TL is charged.
