Villa Okyanus 1

Located in Kalkan Çayköy, Villa Ocean 1 offers accommodation for up to 6 people. It is the perfect choice for nuclear families and honeymooners. The pool and pool terrace have been carefully constructed so that they are not visible from the outside, thus protecting your privacy. The villa has been specially designed for conservative holidaymakers. There is a jacuzzi in the master bedroom. There is also a private swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool, a large garden area, swings, garden seating, barbecue and car parking.

Villa Ocean 2, Villa Ocean 3, Villa Ocean 4 and Villa Ocean 5 are located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, living room, dining table, dining set for 6 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver and an exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi and air conditioning.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool:9.5 m x 3.5 m in size and 1.45 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a dining table, barbecue, seating group, swing and sun loungers.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1500 TL is taken upon check-in. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out.

Note: For accommodations below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 750 TL is charged.
