Villa Okatan

Villa Okatan for rent, located in Şerefler district, 10 minutes from Dalaman Airport, has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its own infinity pool, garden and 4 bedrooms. Our villa, the construction of which was completed in April 2023, has a panoramic nature and sea view. It is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms. The region, which hosts many historical values such as the ancient city of Kalinda, is of great importance in terms of both sea and cultural tourism. Kille Bay and Boynuzbuku Bay are located 3.5 km from our villa.

Villa Features

Kitchen: Designed as a closed kitchen, there is a built-in oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric grill, dinnerware for 8 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver, IPTV, Netflix, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, balcony with sea and nature views and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, balcony with sea and nature views and air conditioning.

In the corridor, there is 1 WC, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi and a room with a washing machine - tumble dryer.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom and air conditioner.

On the top floor of our villa, there is a terrace with panoramic sea and nature views, and there is an open kitchen, a sink, a barbecue, a refrigerator and a dining table.

Towels and pique sets for 8 people are available in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: 30 m2 in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There is a barbecue, garden furniture, outdoor shower, swing and private parking area.

Internet: There is at least fast unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It will be refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: For stays under 3 nights, a cleaning fee of 4000 TL TL is charged.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.
