Villa Ofelya Duo for rent, located in a very central location in Fethiye's Hisarönü area, is one of our comfortable and stylish villas, the construction of which was completed in 2022. It has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with a total of 4 bedrooms, all with bathrooms and 1 with jacuzzi.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, common WC and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom, jacuzzi and balcony.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and balcony.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and balcony.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and balcony.

There is a communal WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 10 m x 4 m. There is an adult pool with a size of 1.5 m and a children's pool with a size of 1 m x 2 m and a depth of 40 cm. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There is a large sunbathing area, sun loungers and umbrellas, outdoor shower, dining table, garden furniture and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3500 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3500 TL is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.
