Villa Njoy 1

Villa Njoy 1 is located in the resort town of Dalyan, which is connected to the Ortaca district of Muğla, famous for its untouched nature, clean sea and historical values. The region, which is one of the routes frequented by thousands of local and foreign guests every year, is famous for Iztuzu Beach, King Tombs, Kaunos Ancient City, Dalaman Stream, Sultaniye Thermal Spring, Ekincik Cave, Round Stream and Mud Bath.

Villa Njoy 1 has its own large pool, garden, security system, ramp suitable for disabled access, 5 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and has an accommodation capacity of up to 10 people. Ideal for large families and groups of friends. Comfort and luxury were given importance in the interior decoration of our villa, the construction of which was completed in September 2021, and state-of-the-art electronic household goods were preferred. For the safety of our guests, there is a security camera system in the garden of the villa.

There is Villa Njoy 2 on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made at the same time, if the schedules are available.

Villa Njoy 1 Properties

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, tea maker, Turkish coffee machine, dinnerware for 12 people, water dispenser and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, LCD Smart TV, a satellite receiver, Netflix and an exit to the pool terrace. There is a shared WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

1. Bedroom: 2 single beds, clothes rack, dresser, nightstand, air conditioner and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, clothes hanger, dresser, nightstand, air conditioner and bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, dressing room, wardrobe, chest of drawers, nightstand, steel safe, study room, TV, air conditioner and bathroom.

4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, clothes hanger, dresser, nightstand, air conditioner and bathroom.

5. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, clothes rack, dresser, nightstand, air conditioner and bathroom.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: There is an adult pool with a size of 10 meters x 5 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters, as well as a children’s pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a lawn, barbecue, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, garden furniture and a dining table.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 3000 TL damage deposit is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Places to See in Dalyan

Kaunos Ancient City, one of the oldest settlements in Anatolia, king tombs carved into the rocks, Iztuzu Beach, Sultaniye Thermal Springs and Köyceğiz Lake are places that should be visited. Kargicak Cove, Aş Cove, Ekincik Cove are also good options to enjoy the sea. Round Stream, where you will return to your childhood by swinging on the swings built on the tea created by the cool waters coming from the mountains, is a different beauty.
