Villa Nares

Located in the Karaçulha region of Fethiye and attracting attention with its eye-catching stone architecture, Villa Nares offers its guests a peaceful holiday opportunity. Located in a large garden, this luxury villa promises its guests a comfortable accommodation experience in touch with nature with its private swimming pool and garden area. With two bedrooms, Villa Nares is an ideal option for families, groups of friends and honeymoon couples with a capacity of four people.

One of the most remarkable features of the villa is that the pool and garden terrace are designed to be invisible from the outside. This feature provides a great advantage especially for families and couples who prefer conservative holidays. These areas, where privacy is prioritized, have been carefully designed for guests to spend time comfortably.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, built-in oven, Turkish coffee machine, dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, coffee table, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Pool:  8 m x 3.5 m in size and  1.5 m  in depth. The pool is maintained early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, toys for children, hammock and barbecue.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: For stays under 7 nights  2000 TL cleaning fee is charged.
