Villa Mert

Villa Mert, located in the magnificent Akbel area of Kalkan, offers an option that will make your vacation unforgettable with its special location and facilities. This private rental villa has three bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. There is also a room with a jacuzzi. With these features, Villa Mert has a maximum accommodation capacity of six people, so you can have a pleasant holiday experience with your family or friends.

The villa's location in the magnificent nature promises you a peaceful holiday. In addition, the pool and garden terrace are carefully designed in a sheltered manner so that they cannot be seen from the outside. In this way, it offers an ideal environment for our guests who prefer a conservative holiday. On the pool terrace of the villa, there are many facilities that can give our guests unforgettable moments. There is a foosball table, a relaxing hammock, a delicious barbecue and comfortable seating groups for them to spend a pleasant time. Here, you can get together with your loved ones and enjoy the sun, cool off in the pool and relax in an environment surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-stove, built-in oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine and all kinds of kitchen utensils that you may need during your holiday such as dinnerware. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen television, air conditioning, satellite receiver and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, balcony and bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, balcony and bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioning.

There is a WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

General Information

Pool:  10 m long, 4 m wide and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Garden:  There are sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, barbecue, hammock and table football.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It will be refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Cleaning Fee: 5000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.
