Offering a unique holiday experience in the fascinating nature of Fethiye Kayaköy, Villa Matisse for rent has a capacity of 4 people with its own pool, garden and 2 bedrooms. The pool and garden terrace of our villa, which is ideal for honeymooners, families and groups of friends who prefer conservative holidays, are designed in such a way that they are not visible from the outside.

With its large garden area, outdoor seating and barbecue area, our villa offers you an atmosphere where you can have a pleasant time in the open air. You can lie on the sun loungers on the sun terrace and enjoy the cool pool while reading your book. At the same time, the large swimming pool is an ideal option to cool off and have fun.

Villa Matis has been designed keeping the comfort of you and your loved ones in the foreground. It offers a spacious accommodation area with two separate bedrooms. Each room features thoughtful details and luxury items. Everything has been thought for your comfort and convenience.

Villa Sierra is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, filter coffee machine, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and bathroom.

There are towels and pique sets for 4 people in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: 8 x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are parasols, sun loungers, sitting group and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1200 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
