Villa Mandalin is located in Yanıklar Village, approximately 8 km from Fethiye. The village, which is one of the pilot regions for eco tourism, is the center of attention of its guests with its quiet, calm and clean sea.

Villa Mandalin offers a quiet, peaceful and luxurious holiday away from the noise of the city, among orange and lemon trees. The interior design of our villa, which was completed in July 2021, is decorated in a spacious and modern style. Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has an accommodation capacity of up to 6 people.

Villa Pomalin is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee machine, dinnerware, dining table.

Ground floor

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD screen TV, air conditioner and satellite receiver. You can access the pool terrace from the living room.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning, a door opening to the pool terrace and an en-suite bathroom.

1st floor

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, balcony, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, balcony, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

Pool: 58m2, 13 meters x 4.5 meters in size and 1.5 meters deep. The hydro massage pool is 2m in diameter. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty. There are sun loungers and umbrellas in our shallow pool.

Garden:  There is a large grass area, pleasant sitting area, barbecue, garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
