Villa Mainz is surrounded by lush green trees, like a hidden paradise in the lap of nature. Thanks to this feature, it offers an ideal environment especially for conservative vacationers. Families, groups of friends and honeymooners can spend a pleasant time in the peaceful atmosphere in the villa and enjoy delicious meals in Kalkan's unique seaside restaurants whenever they want.

The terrace of the villa is like a dream. Located against the sea view, it is equipped with a sunbathing area and a seating area where you can have a pleasant time. Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, toaster,  dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, center table, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver,  air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed wardrobe, dresser and air conditioning. 

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning. 

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

There is a WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Pool:  6 m x 3.5 m in size and  1.6 m  in depth. The pool is maintained early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Garden: Chairs, umbrellas, dining table, sitting group, swing and barbecue are available.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: For stays under 7 nights  4500 TL cleaning fee is charged.
