Located in Karaçulha, Fethiye, Villa Mafez for rent is a villa that offers accommodation for up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and its own pool, promising an unforgettable holiday. The villa, which has a breathtaking location with a bird's eye view of Fethiye and partial sea views, consists of 3 floors. Villa Mafez, where every detail is considered for the comfort of the guests, has many facilities such as sauna,  jacuzzi,  gym,  table football,  table tennis,  swing and playground for children.

At Villa Mafez you can not only enjoy spectacular views and comfortable accommodation. You can relax in the sauna and jacuzzi, exercise in the gym, have a pleasant time playing table football and table tennis. There is also a playground for children.

Villa Mafez is located close to the tourist centers and beaches of Fethiye. You can easily reach popular tourist attractions such as Oludeniz, Butterfly Valley, Calis Beach and Kayakoy. There are also many restaurants and cafes near the villa where you can taste the famous flavors of Fethiye.

General Information

Pool:  7.5 m long, 3.5 m wide and 1.5 meters deep. The pool is maintained early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, comfortable seating group, dining table, barbecue.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit. 

Cleaning Fee: 3000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.
