Villa Lucca

Villa Lucca is located in Kayakoy, one of the most important witnesses of the recent historical past in Anatolia, 8 km from Fethiye district center. Kayakoy, an old Greek village, is one of the places to visit around Fethiye with its stone houses, churches, churches and magnificent views lining the narrow streets.

Villa Lucca, which was completed in July 2021, has its own sheltered outdoor and indoor pool, garden, sauna, 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideal for nuclear families and honeymoon couples who want to have a vacation away from the noise of the city.

Kitchen: Island kitchen,  refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove cooker, built-in oven, microwave oven  toaster,  dinner set There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, fireplace, large screen smart TV, Netflix and Digiturk connection and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: > 1 double bed, wardrobe,  bedside table, air conditioning, TV, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe,  bedside table, TV, bathtub, air conditioning  and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

Pool:  There is an outdoor swimming pool with a size of 13 m. x 4 m.   and a depth of 1,4 meters,  and an indoor swimming pool with a size of 6 m2.  The pool is maintained by the staff in charge early every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden:  There is a lawn area, barbecue, seating group, children's toys, sun loungers and sun umbrellas.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit. 

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Note: 2000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 5 nights

Note: Indoor pool heating is available from May 1st on request for 300 TL per day.

Note: Underfloor heating is free of charge until May 1st.
