Located in the Karaçulha neighborhood of Fethiye and completed in August 2022, Villa Liva Avdan for rent has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with its own infinity pool, garden, indoor parking lot and 3 bedrooms. Our villa, which has a high location and Fethiye view, has been designed by keeping comfort and simplicity in the foreground. It offers a unique holiday experience to its guests with its outdoor seating areas, a large 4-person jacuzzi and a terrace with panoramic views.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, filter coffee machine, toaster, built-in oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, LCD screen TV, Netflix and satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds joined together, a wardrobe, air conditioning and an exit door to the pool terrace.

There is a shared bathroom and washing machine in the hallway.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

There is a shared bathroom in the hallway.

Pool: It measures 10 x 3.80 m and is 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are sun loungers, parasols, swing and sitting group.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Note: Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
