Villa Legendary Duo

Villa Legendary Duo is located in the Kumluova area of the Seydikemer district of Muğla. Ideal for our guests who want to have a holiday away from the noise and crowd of the city, our villa has 4 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 8 people. Ideal for large families and groups of friends. Our villa has a sauna and a heated indoor pool.

There is Villa Legendary Uno on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, coffee machine, dinnerware for 8 people.

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, dining table, air conditioner, large-screen smart TV, coffee table and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, jacuzzi, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioner, en-suite bathroom.

General Information

Pool: 10 m. x 4m. in size and 1.55 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff on duty. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Indoor Pool: 3 m. x 3m. in size and 1.55 meters deep.

Note: Pool and floor heating are optional and are activated for 2000 TL per day.

Garden:  There is a lawn, barbecue, sitting group, dining table and swing.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The last 1 km of the road to the villa is a stabilized road.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
