Villa Lavanta is located in Ölüdeniz, the favorite holiday paradise of Turkey and the World. Ölüdeniz is a magnificent holiday resort in the Fethiye district of Muğla. Ölüdeniz, as the name suggests, is like a stagnant lake. It is one of the lagoon formations in Turkey.

Villa Lavanta has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms. Oludeniz is 4 km from the beach. You can visit the Hisarönü bazaar, which is within 5 minutes’ walking distance, whenever you wish, and you can meet all your shopping and food needs.

There is an open kitchen living room, dining table, dinner set for 8 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver, WC and washing machine.

1st Floor

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, balcony, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

Penthouse

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a make-up table, a nightstand, a balcony and air conditioning.

4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a make-up table, a nightstand, a balcony and air conditioning.

There is 1 bathroom in the attic.

Towels and pique sets are available for 8 people in all bedrooms.
General Information

Pool: It is 28m2 and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are 8 sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: Palm and laurel trees, barbecue, garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Places to See in Ölüdeniz

Ölüdeniz Beach, Butterfly Valley, Kıdrak Bay, Hisarönü are the main places to be visited. Another place you can visit is Babadag. Babadag, the place where the first paragliding was made in the region, is a touristic excursion center. You can have a nice trekking and camping here.
