Villa La Pera for rent, located close to the world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach in Fethiye district of Muğla, has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms. Our villa, which attracts attention with its modern and stylish architecture, is ideal for crowded families and groups of friends.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen, there is a dinner set for 12 people, a toaster, kettle, microwave oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning, dining table and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony, en-suite bathroom, bathtub and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, balcony, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

4. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

There is a WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: It is 9 x 4 in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue and dining table.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It will be refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: 5000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 5 nights.

Pets are accepted provided that their own beds are brought, they are not removed to the bed and seating group in the villa, and they do not enter the pool.
