Villa Kocaer 2, located in the Çavdır area of Kalkan, offers an ideal option for vacationers looking for comfort and privacy. Offering accommodation for up to four people with a private pool, large garden and two bedrooms, this villa is an excellent choice for conservative families, groups of friends and honeymooners. The pool and garden terrace are designed to be invisible from the outside, prioritizing the privacy of vacationers.

Villa Kocaer 2 is full of details thought for families with children. There are entertainment areas such as table tennis, table football, swing and playground in the garden. These features allow children to have a pleasant time during the holiday, while allowing parents to relax.

Located just a 15-20 minute drive from the center of Kalkan, the villa is ideal for those looking for a peaceful holiday in nature, away from the noise of the city. It is located in a unique location for those who want to relax and enjoy nature accompanied by bird sounds. The villa is only 17 km from the world famous Patara Ancient City and Patara Beach. In this way, it offers an attractive accommodation option for history and nature lovers.

Together with Villa Kocaer 1, located on the same land, it can provide suitable accommodation for crowded families or large groups. If the calendars of both villas are available, more than one villa can be rented at the same time, offering the opportunity to vacation in a larger area.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, toaster, toaster, microwave oven,  dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, center table, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, jacuzzi,  bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Pool:  9 m x 4 m in size and  1.5 m  in depth. The pool is maintained early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Kids Pool: 2.5 m x 2 m in size and 40 cm deep.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, table tennis, foosball, toys for children, gazebo and barbecue.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: For stays under 7 nights  1000 TL cleaning fee is charged.

Note: There are 5 steps at the entrance to the villa.

Note: The last 100 meters of the arrival road to the villa is a stabilized dirt road.
